Shri Sai Tex Processors, Tiruppur has a renewable energy portfolio of 1.35MW of which 500KW is a Solar plant and 850KW is a Wind turbine plant.
By going renewable power, we are reducing the demand for fossil fuels, limit greenhouse gas emissions, and shrink carbon footprint. By choosing a clean source of electricity like solar panels, we eliminate the same amount of carbon emissions that would result from burning over 1050 Tons of coal each year.
Zero Liquid Discharge
We are very proud to save as much water as we can for Future Generations. We use advanced Wastewater treatment technologies in Zero Liquid Discharge Systems.
Benefits of Zero liquid Discharge system
- Up to 98% sustainable water recovery from wastewater.
- To save costs and reduce the capacity needed, ZLD technology is therefore often beneficial for the plant’s water management, encouraging close monitoring of water usage, avoiding wastage, and promotes recycling by conventional and far less expensive solutions.
- High operating cost can be justified by high recovery of water >90-95% and recovery of the salt, re-use water & Salt in processing.
